We will keep everyone accountable - including you, by implementing a Scoreboard measuring the key numbers clinics should be tracking. This will help you identify exactly where the cracks are in the gold standard treatment journey, and which team members need to lift their game.

Once you have this dialled in you will give yourself and your team a pay rise at the 8 week mark. You will get excited about your business again as you’ve now created a vision that gets you out of a rut and energised about where you are leading your team. By the end of the first 8 weeks you will have well and truly justified your minimum $1k pay rise given the awesome service you and your team are now providing your patients.

In the following 8 weeks we will add the Value Driven Patient Generation System ™ . You will learn to market that aligns with your values and doesn’t make you feel sleazy. Giving your tribe value, but also adding a predictable flow of new patients every week so you have a consistently busy diary without panicking every Monday morning - wondering where your next new patient will come from and how you will pay your staff this week.
